Reporting directly to the management team, the incumbent will be in charge of day to day operations for all food & beverage and event activities including but not limited to sales turnover, customer service, staffing, food promotion and financial performance to achieve highest operational efficiency and provide exemplary service to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations with full P&L responsibility, sales & marketing strategy formulation and implementation, identify business opportunities and risk
- Drive performance of the restaurant to achieve targets including not limited to sales, food cost, customer satisfactions & feedback, staff productivity and service standard of the restaurants
- Implement food & beverage financial strategies by anticipating requirements, trends and variances; developing budgets and capital expenditure plans; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan, develop and implement marketing and advertisement plans and activities to boost up the sales performance
- Develop and maintain the client and supplier relationship to facilitate existing and explore any prospective business to excel the business performance
- Establish a wide variety of training activities, motivate the operations team
Requirements:
- Degree in hospitality management with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- 5 years+ in-depth operational knowledge and management experience in F&B in which 3 years in managerial level
- Strong business acumen with cost conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
- Manage multiple stakeholders to produce an outcome within agreed deadline
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to recruit, retain, motivate and develop a team
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
