Role & Responsibilities:

• To plan, organize and control the operations of a bar
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages and maintain consistent and highest product quality according to company standard, service wine and beer to guests
• Stay guest focused, assess bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Sort out cleaning logistics for the bar/ pantry - Monitor inventory of bar supplies and stock take regularly

Requirements:

• Secondary graduates 
• At least 5 years solid bartending experience in the F&B or hospitality industry with good beverage and operational knowledge
• Knowledge of wine is a definite advantage
• Presentable, customer service-oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, good team player and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent guest interaction skills
• Good command of spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Immediate available is highly preferred

** Candidate with less experience will be considered as Bartender**
