Job Description

A Korean/English Customer Service Officer is responsible to provide best in class customer service support to Ralph Lauren's customer via all communication channels. Handles complaints and inquiries and able to coordinate with different departments for solutions and ensure best customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Handle Customer’s inquiry via all communication channels with excellence customer service skill
Ability to identify issues and provide best solutions for customer in timely manner
Good communication & interpersonal skill and a good team player
Provide team supports whenever in need

Requirements

Matriculated or above with 2-3 years relevant customer service or call Center working experience
Bilingual Speaking: Native Korean & English (Fluent)
Typing skill: Korean & English (Mandatory)
Able to work from Mon to Friday – 08:30am to 12:30pm
