Job Summary:

Fitness & Recreation Executive is responsible for planning and organizing Fitness & Recreation programs and events, as well as managing the Programs Counter.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• To handle Members’ enquiries and complaints
• To process registrations for all Fitness & Recreation programs and events
  To coordinate with other internal departments and outside companies on planning and scheduling classes and events for Members
  To assist Programs Manager to launch new Fitness and Recreation programs and events

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Diploma holder in Sports and Recreation or related discipline
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within Fitness, Leisure and Recreation

Skills

• Good customer service skills
• Good presentation, communications and facilitation skills
• Commercial sensibilities
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Effectively verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work through complex data or situations to see the bigger picture
• A flexible approach to problem solving and working with others
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with diverse workforce and members
• Hands on computer skills
