Nakama has partnered with one of HK's largest energy & utilities enterprises that is looking to hire a Network & Security Engineer. In this position, you will need strong hands-on technical skills with security infrastructure and equipment (cisco routing & switching, checkpoints, firewalls, proxies, load balancer, Microsoft Azure/AWS cloud networking). You will be required to have a strong business mindset and also regional exposure would be beneficial.

You will be working closely with the Regional CTO to formulate network services strategic plans and spend a large proportion of the role in project deployment. In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure including network and security is essential, whilst any Cisco certification would be an added benefit.

Key responsibilities –

• Manage regional large-scale transformation network projects
• Monitor and manage the corporate network infrastructure security
• Project coordination and communication with vendors for assigned network infrastructure related tasks
• Evaluate new network and communication infrastructure related products, solutions and services
