Nakama has partnered with a leading media organization that has a global reach in their search for a Head of Project Management to join their Hong Kong team. They will be an integral part of their new digital initiatives.

The Head of Project Management will have a solid background with experience delivering and enhancing digital platforms in an online advertising and mobile business environment. Having a solution mindset will be extremely advantageous for successfully delivering applications and managing project teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all stages of the project life cycle.
• Collect user requirements and develop product requirements.
• Identify and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies and risks.
• Develop proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and senior management.
• Identify trends and opportunities by conducting market analysis.
• Coordinate with the internal IT team, external vendors and team members.

Key Requirements: 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a mobile business or media environment.
• Excellent project management skills including planning, resource management and completing project tasks on time.
• Familiar with Jira, Gantt Chart or other similar management tools.
• Strong technical knowledge, comfortable discussing high-level technical solutions with development teams in an agile environment
• SaaS and AI experience is nice to have but will be essential.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Proactive and passionate about technology and the latest trends.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Project Manager position.
