In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Group’s trade mark portfolio. You with work alongside with the Legal Counsel on various IP related issues, including brand clearance, protection and enforcement, conducting legal research, as well as assisting with developing IP policy and strategy, etc.

To be a successful candidate, you must have at least 3 years experience in trade mark prosecutions in Hong Kong and China gained in a law firm environment or in-house. You must have fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Excellent drafting and research skills is required.
