Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from strategy formulation to task execution, direct project activities including, issue identification and resolution, risk management, analytical design and deliverable definition 
• Oversight the project budget and resources, backlogs and release 
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and vendors 
• Understand the needs, facilitate and balance the requirements amongst multiple business stakeholders and recommend solutions 
• Review and contribute business requirements, functional requirement, test plan, release plan along the whole SDLC 
• Closely work with end-users to perform SIT, UAT, Security Test, Performance Test, Production rollout and post-implementation support 
• Manage and monitor multiple projects and able to deliver agreed solution on time on budget 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information System, or related disciplines  
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in managing projects 
• Experience in Financial, Business Process / Workflow, HR, Cinema, Business Intelligence or related systems 
• Strong project management approach, equipped with problem solving and decision making skills 
• Proven track record for managing vendor or outsourcing partners along the whole SDLC 
• Ability to structure and scope complex problems and prioritize issues 
• Strong analytic skill, capable to comprehend technologies, architectures and approaches 
• Able to collaborate and maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple functional areas 
• Knowledge in new technology such as API, low-code, BI tools and Cloud service will be an advantage 
• Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP/PRINCE2) is definitely an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
