Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Elicit information on business process through running interviews and workshops with stakeholders across departments and function
  • Participate in project management and vendor management for HRMS
  • Participate in a company-wide digital programme for building an employee workplace
  • Demonstrate as a subject matter expert for the HRMS, identified the business needs and facilitate the business requests to technical changes, demonstrate as a project manager throughout the system implementation and ongoing supports
  • Manage vendors to provide system support to ensure operation for HRMS
  • Collaborate with internal IT team such as infrastructure and application teams to manage the core HRIS and other corporate systems.
  • Work closely with the HR team to understand and analyse the user requirement, confirm the project scope and documentation.
  • Prepare the technical and functional specifications such as operation guides or user manual etc.
  • Facilitate UAT of the system, ensure the HRMS deliverables able to meet the business/ technical requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • 7 years or above experience in business analysis and project management
  • Proven track record of IT projects in HRMS, process and workflows design and development
  • Solid experience in full cycle HR system implementation, support and ongoing maintenance
  • Experience in project management and vendor management, with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM would definitely a good plus
  • Strong project management skills to drive implementation and be a change agent
  • Advanced knowledge of HR processes and data, as well as strong IT skills and knowledge of various reporting tools.
  • Knowledge in workflows engine is a plus
  • Experience in applying RPA to business process will be an advantage
  • A good team player, independent, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
