Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform helpdesk, on-site support, system administration, system development, system testing, user training, system monitoring, documentation and disaster recovery drill.
- Supervise and coordinate the IT Team and vendor to perform system maintenance and enhancement.
- Ensure service deliverables to be on time and meet quality standard
Requirements:
- Degree/Higher Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent;
- 8 years or above in software development or related fields
- Experience in working with Java, MS SQL Server
- Knowledge and experience in systems design
- Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work
- Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized
