Your responsibilities：

• The ability to understand and translate client business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Building documentation for functional and high-level technical specifications, including flows and architectural diagrams.
• Evaluation of platform integrations with external systems, extensions and customizations.
• Providing end users with platform training and production support.
• Help propose strategic long-term improvements and ongoing consultation with existing clients.
• Provide a leading role in project discovery and definition workshops, pre-validating scope and development estimates, and expanding requirements and designs. Creating draft effort estimations needing minimal validation with the head of practice and development team.
• Involve in building solutions into thought-provoking proposals that lead to winning new business.
• Follow up on the project delivery with project manager to make sure the delivered work is according to project objectives. Acumen to convert plans into viable solutions.

Within a year you:

• Are a certified professional with Salesforce and Magento to back your knowledge.
• Understand the clients’ activity, business and process and help our clients define their business needs and objectives with a long-term vision for growth and cross regional expansion using Salesforce / Adobe products.
• Help clients with the translation of business requirements into complex specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
• Support the project team to make sure the project objectives are clearly defined and realistic and support with communication to the internal team from a technical / solutions driven angle.
• Provide guidance to clients on the best practices related to e-commerce process, workflow and functions.
• Manage technical risks and opportunities, make key technical design and implementation decisions with the development teams, guarantee quality of deliveries and establishes standard for team on technical best practices.

Your skills:

You have hands on experience with Salesforce Commerce and/or Magento, preferably you are certified already. You are passionate about working with customers and help them grow and succeed in the market.

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Salesforce Commerce and/or Magento solutions
• Experienced in conceptualizing integrations between legacy systems and commerce platforms
• A keen interest to learn new technologies and get certified
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as junior solutions specialist

Job Highlights:
