- Be part of the API team to support the transformation and innovation of HKBN inhouse and external projects
- Act as an API Specialist to work on a range of extremely important and interesting projects, solving complex business problems using the best tools available
What efforts you need to make for this role?
- Work closely with business division and IT teams to design and develop API for solution integration and transformation
- Develop highly reusable API with Product Mindset and Microservices Architecture
- Replacing legacy system module with latest technology stack
- Adopting API Lifecycle Management and Cloud Technologies
- Effective negotiating, time-management, communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Self-Confident, ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
The following attributes will be value...
- Degree or Higher Diploma Holder in IT or related fields
- 3 years’ experience in some of the programming languages and technologies, such as Java, PL/SQL, database development, Shell Scripts, WebLogic
- Demonstrated experiences in developing API and application with some of the followings:
- API Management Solution (MuleSoft, Apigee, CA, Kony, OpenFaas or similar solution)
- Serverless Functions (OpenFaas, Azure Function, Aws Lamada, Google Functions)
- API Documentation (Swagger, RAML)
- API Standards, Microservices architecture
- Using 3rd party API (Microsoft, AWS, Google, Facebook, WeChat, WhatsApp, Twilio, etc.)
- Dockers / Kubernetes
- Cloud Environment (Azure, AWS, GCP, Heroku)
- SDLC, DevSecOps, Automation Testing, Test-Driven Development
- Keen in studying new technologies and solutions
- Certificate of MuleSoft would be a big advantage.
- Experienced in Agile & Scrum (PSM) would be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Analyst Programmger
