Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Network redesign and provide recommendations for infrastructure team.  
• Ensure work initiatives and processes support the business operations.
• Accommodate modifications that may become necessary due to changing conditions.
• Develop and implement infrastructure projects.
• Design, develop, plan, deploy and prepare detailed specifications and test plans for infrastructure projects.
• Monitor progress to ensure that project objectives are met. Track progress to plan. Communicate to the project team, management of all key stakeholders. Ensure corporate standards and procedures are followed during project implementation.
• Responds and acts on upper-management direction.
• Identify potential issues in projects and provide possible solutions. Initiates and implements process change to improve all area of IT responsibilities.
• Collaborate with other IT groups and business partners.
• Research new tools and methods and incorporate into daily work to achieve primary duties.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience with infrastructure technologies
• Experience with patching management tools and firewall rules clean up
• Knowledge and understanding of Wireless AP failover to alternate WLC
• Knowledge of Network Access protection at switch level
• Segmentation experience (e.g. sites to client servers, client servers to app servers, proxy)
• Knowledge of Information Technology organization and business areas for which systems/technologies are developed and supported
• Familiar with systems development life cycle
• CCNP/ CCNA highly preferred
• Solid project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and Mandarin
