Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Security Team to ensure smooth operations of the Department Store;
  • Ensure safety and security of customers, staff and company assets during business and non-business hours;
  • Ensuring appropriate posting / patrolling with efficient / effective security staff deployment;
  • Coaching of staff and ensuring discipline among team members;
  • Manage emergency incidents and reports writing;
  • Closely communicating with counterpart of the Shopping Mall for best co-operations.

Requirements:

  • Post secondary or above;
  • Minimum 8 years' experience which at least 3 years at managerial level;
  • Good command of spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English;
  • Proficient in computer applications;
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
