Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle production and non-production Storage and Backup Infrastructure, including storage system configuration, performance tuning and troubleshooting of the storage farm
- Set up and maintain new storage infrastructure
- Monitor usage and performance of the storage infrastructure
- Optimize performance and usage of the storage infrastructure
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines
- 5 to 8 years hands on experience building and configuring Enterprise grade SAN storage (ideally with EMC, HP and NetApp)
- Understanding of storage architecture
- Good knowledge of scripting languages and competence in developing and maintaining scripts for system administration and automation purposes in an operational environment
- Knowledge in scripting such as PowerShell or BASH
- Knowledge and practical experience administering in SAN Storage administration
- Knowledge in storage and backup automation workflow
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written, including English and Chinese
