Job Description
Our client is a sizable organization. Due to the rapid growth of the company, they are now looking for talented individuals to join the professional team.
1. Project Managers/ System Analysts / Developers
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, timeline, release schedule and quality.
- Manage and work with key project stakeholders.
- Prepare and report on progress and project status
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 1 to 5 years’ experience in IT profession with experience in project management
- Experience with Waterfall or Agile Methodology
- Solid experience in at least one programming language (Java, C#, .Net, PHP or Python)
- Background of IT Consulting is a definite advantage
- Candidates with less qualification and experience would be considered as Senior System Analyst
- Candidates with less than 1 year experience would be considered as Developer
2. Business Analysts / Test Leads
Responsibilities
- Monitor project timeline, schedule and quality.
- Gather business requirements and prepare specifications accordingly
- Carry out testing to ensure systems meet required specifications
- Prepare training materials and conduct user training
Requirements
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Business, IT or a related discipline
- 1 to 5 years working experience in business analysis roles
- Experience in QA or Test Execution is an advantage
- Background of financial service sector or IT Consulting is a definite advantage
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Candidates with higher qualification and experience would be considered as Senior Business Analyst / Test Lead
3. Systems Managers / Engineers
Responsibilities
- Responsible for system administration, system configuration, monitoring and backup
- Work as a team to delivery IT service based on ITIL processes framework
- Coordinate different teams including service desk, infrastructure, software vendors and business users for service delivery.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- 2 years or above working experience in system support and administration is preferred
- Knowledge of networking, storage, backup and monitoring tools etc.
- Sound Knowledge of Windows / Linux platform
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and a good team player
- Candidate with higher experience will be considered for the position of System Manager
