The Job:

• Daily trading support for various Trading systems for Cash and Derivative markets to ensure the system stability, who responses for:
  • Daily operation and system monitoring
  • Issue management and vendor management.
  • Change management and version control
  • Performance tuning
• L1 & L2 support and troubleshooting for front office system.
• Responsible the integration layer and enhancement in between front to back office systems.

Requirements:

We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

• Degree holder in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years working experience in similar roles and environment
• A solid knowledge of Equities and Derivatives application support for global market business, especially strong understanding of HKEX’s microstructure. Knowledge of China, Asean and global commodity markets is a plus.
• A solid knowledge of trading activity & workflow of Front office, knowledge of middle & Back office is a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of scripting in Windows and Linux. 
• Proficient knowledge of SQL scripts and command in database platforms.
• Able to work under stressful situation, good communication skills, helpful and good team player.
• Good analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills and ability to deal with multi-cultural users and vendors.
• Strong interested in problem-solving and solution deliveries mindset.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Will need to work overtime or non-office hours when required
