Responsibilities:

• Perform requirement collection, design, programming, testing and implementation with minimum supervision 
• Responsible for various development tasks and operation support for the SAS applications or other platform (eg. Java) or open/proprietary regulatory systems

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Minimum 6 years of system development experience, at least 4 years in SAS related area
• Sound technical knowledge of SAS EG / BI, SAS Web Report Studio, SAS Portal, and SAS Web OLAP Viewer a must; Previous experience with SAS 9.3 migration a plus
• Willing to work on platforms other than SAS
• Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as System Analyst / Analyst Programmer
