Responsibilities:

• Lead service support functions including IT Service Desk, Desktop Support and VIP Support
• Be responsible for quality of service and facilitate future demand from projects
• Take ownership of major incidents to maintain system operation
• Provide recommendations for Service Improvement Plan and regular management report on IT service performance
• Drive customers’ internal IT and third parties service review meeting
• Support Desktop Management team to improve desktop computing environment
• Work with Technical Design team to evolve standards for hardware, software and security

Qualifications:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of managerial experience gained from sizable companies
• Expert knowledge in ITIL disciplines
• Proven track record of Service Delivery Management in business and IT initiatives
• Experience in leading virtual teams and self-motivated will be advantage
• Good customer facing or customer service skills
• Strong presentation and people management skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
