Responsibilities:

• Work with Project Manager and PMO members on project related procedures, documentation and deliverable
• Analyze system and business operations for facilitating the implementation
• Arrange meetings with users and user IT team to collect user requirement and perform SA&D
• Perform and support System Test and User Acceptance Test
• Facilitate the job tasks of projects with government standards and requirement as stipulated in tender
• Any job tasks assigned to facilitate project progress  

Qualifications:

• Degree / Accredited associate degree Or Diploma in IT or related disciplines
• 6 years’ post-qualification IT experience preferable on government projects of which:
  • 4 years of solid experience in systems analyst capacity of web application development using J2EE;
  • Experience in implementing projects with environment (i.e. J2EE using JBoss) 
  • Experience in implementing projects with business domain (i.e. building construction industry domain, finance or budgeting)  will be an advantage;
  • Experience in implementing projects using PRINCE2 

• Experience in implementing projects with the below will be an advantage
  • Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform;
  • Enterprise Object Storage System;
  • Oracle Database;
  • BMC Control-M;
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Satellite;
  • IBM Websphere Portal Server;
  • IBM Websphere Application Server; or
  • IBM Content Manager
