Responsibilities: 

• Support the global project release and other BAU;
• Analyze business processes and coordinate different parties;
• Prepare training materials of the output of the project for users;
• Manage ad-hoc projects and other duties assigned by management.

 Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related discipline;
• Have huge interest working in IT or Business Analyst, in Logistics business;
• Excellent communication skills and user expectation management;
• Able to perform writing / maintaining training documents, preparing functional testing and system configuration in a detail-minded manner;
• Enjoy working in Ocean / Air Freight forwarding is an advantage;
• Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment;
• Must be willing to travel.
