Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide daily application support and trouble-shooting of various application systems, including web, mobile and SAP
Liaise with customers for project and production systems support activities
Perform user requirements analysis and system documentation preparation
Perform application testing, maintenance and development
Ensure service levels are met
Ensure auditory and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

Degree holder in Computer Science or IT related discipline
At least 3 year experience in software development or analyst role
Good knowledge in one or more of the following technologies - C#, .NET, MS SQL, HTML5, PHP, Drupal, PowerShell, Mobile Application
A strong analytical mind, and able to understand wide business issues without losing sight of detail
Independent, good time management with ability to meet tight deadline
A team player with strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
