Job Description
Summary
We are looking for an experienced Voice Engineer experienced in Data & Voice Collaboration technologies to support the daily operation and services in our Global Operation's APAC Team, these included; Standard telephony, Trading telephony, Intercom, Voice Recording and Voice Mail.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in standard Cisco / Avaya IP Telephony system as well as exposure to market / trader telephony (IP Trade, BT ITS, Etrali, SpeakerBus, NICE) to support and deliver UC&C projects.
Responsibilities
- Support overall Data & Voice services including Standard IP Phone, Trading Telephony, Intercom, Voice Recording and Voice Mail services.
- Ensure level and quality of services delivered match clients expectations
- Ensure global standard and best practices are well implemented in all voice and video infrastructure
- Ensure technical documentation are properly maintained
- Maintain and update monitoring tools
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
- +5 years technical experiences in Voice and Video Conferencing or UC&C technologies (Cisco VoIP, CuCM)
- Experiences in Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manger, Avaya ACR recording
- Experiences in Trading Floor voice and video conferences solutions (like IP Trade, BT ITS, Etrali, NICE and etc)
- System migration, enhancement project experiences with large scale enterprise grade projects exposure (preferably from a bank or financial services environment)
- Strong command in English and Chinese with good communication, presentation, and project management skills.
