Requirements:

• Under outsourcing contract work for an international law firm;
• 2 years+ IT support experience, with experience work for legal firm will be an advantage;
• Support the IT Manager on daily IT issues for offices;
• Working knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office, preferably with knowledge of Document Comparison software, Filesite, Diaries System, SharePoint, telephone support, smartphones, tablets and laptops;
• Technical support and setting up hardware for video conferences;
• Handle telephone extension relocation and smartphones issue for users;
• Acting as help-desk and software support to users;
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin.
