Job Description

Duties:

Providing 1st line support for system and PC problems as well as diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
Responsible for new builds and upgrades of PC software and hardware
Troubleshoots and provides timely resolution to PC and printer issues including on-the-spot problem solving for end users
Install, configure and support all company hardware - including printers, routers etc.

Requirements:

Certificate or above in Information Technology or equivalent qualifications
At least 5 years’ experience in a technical support role
Good understanding of PC/Laptop hardware
Windows 7/8/11 OS, MAC OS & the MS Office suite will be an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese
HK permanent resident is required
