Job Description

Responsibilities:

Technical investigation to determine root cause and corrective action to resolve incidents
Provide technical support to Incident Resolution Team
Problem and change management
Maintenance and support of core infrastructure and customer services to Cisco Switch and ASA firewalls
Provide day to day operations support, both reactive and proactive to managed hosting and internal customers

Requirement:

Higher Diploma / University Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 2 years relevant experience
Cisco certificated is preferable (i.e CCNA etc)
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
Good interpersonal and communication skills
