IT Helpdesk Support Officer

Duties:

• Providing first tier support to users with hardware and software via phone and email
• Response to end-users need and deliver satisfied professional service
• Handling end-users operational tasks according to schedule and established procedures with system backup from job schedule
• Maintain and deliver quality computer operations services in compliance with standards, policies and operating procedures

Responsibilities:

• Diploma holder in Information Services or related disciplines
• At least 3 years in Information Services Hotline support is preferred
• Knowledge in Windows-based computing platform, MS applications. 
• Experience in Unix/Linux Operation will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Basic knowledge of IS infrastructure including data network, application, systems and operational support preferable
• Customer oriented, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Shift duties are required
