Job Description
Our client is one of the Global Express Group; they are currently looking for a high caliber to fill up below positions:
IT Helpdesk Support Officer
Duties:
- Providing first tier support to users with hardware and software via phone and email
- Response to end-users need and deliver satisfied professional service
- Handling end-users operational tasks according to schedule and established procedures with system backup from job schedule
- Maintain and deliver quality computer operations services in compliance with standards, policies and operating procedures
Responsibilities:
- Diploma holder in Information Services or related disciplines
- At least 3 years in Information Services Hotline support is preferred
- Knowledge in Windows-based computing platform, MS applications.
- Experience in Unix/Linux Operation will be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of IS infrastructure including data network, application, systems and operational support preferable
- Customer oriented, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Shift duties are required
