What efforts you need to make for this role?
- Research and recommend emerging technologies for billing system and IT solutions to align organization goals, strategies and business needs
- Lead and manage digital transformation with business divisions and IT transformation team
- Manage project performance using appropriate tools or data and techniques
- Develop detailed project plans and actively track progress
- Drive and manage change for both internal and external parties for new technology adoption, delivery and troubleshooting
- Perform Risk Management to minimize project risks and manage Change Management effectively
The following attributes will be value...
- Degree in IT / e-Commerce or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 5 years work experience in digital & IT project management or related experience
- Working experience in Telecom domain is an advantage
- Familiar with SDLC, Agile & Scrum (PSM) would be an advantage
- Experienced in Cloud technology and vendor management are preferred
- Experienced in billing system, digital transformation / e-commence development would be an advantage
- PMP and Scrum Master certificated is highly preferred
- Possessed enterprising mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong influencer and executor with proven track record
- Strong negotiating, communication and presentation skills
- Professional in spoken and written English and Cantonese is a MUST
Remarks: The role will be started with 2-year renewable contract or permanent term, which depends on the candidate’s experience in the position.
