Job Requirements
- Degree or Associate Degree in IT or Computer Studies
- 1-2 years relevant experience in helpdesk and technical support
- Knowledge of MS Windows Server and networking application
- Resourceful, energetic, detail-oriented and good team player
- Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
- Immediate available is a great advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily IT operation including network and system support
- Handle software & hardware installation and maintenance for end users
- Troubleshoot IT technical problems and perform regular system check
- Maintain the network security & connectivity and assist in ad hoc tasks
