Responsibilities:

• Provision of development, enhancement, maintenance & support services on various systems and applications, technical review and procurement of IT products.
• Provide development, enhancement, maintenance & support services to various systems and applications
• Review the requirement and justification of end-user IT product procurement requests
• Handle tender exercise and vendor/contract management

Requirements:

• Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent;
• 8 years or above of working experience in IT and experience in managing large-scale IT projects and multiple vendors
• Experience in project management of system implementation for in-house and outsourcing development
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Capable of working under pressure with tight schedule
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Experience in developing/enhancing/maintaining application system for supporting Geographic Information System (GIS) and the mobile applications is preferable.
