Responsibilities:- 
   

• To handle full spectrum of Human Resources and Office Administrative functions including, but not limited to Policies and Procedures, Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Insurance and ISO audit etc.
• To manage the office administration system to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
• To formulate, review and enhance HR & Administration policies
• To supervise HR and Admin. team members in HK and Shenzhen, and provide guidances
• To formulate, review and enhance HR & Administration policies
• To coordinate with IT consultant to manage the Company’s IT    infrastructure  

 Requirements :-

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Min 8 years’ hands on experience with at least 2 years in managerial level
• Well-versed in HK & PRC labour law and related practices
• Hands-on experience in HRIS is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Good interpersonal skill and be able to interact with all levels of staff
• Positive, self-driven, flexible, attentive to details and willing to work under pressure
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR and Admin. Manager
• Immediate available is preferred
