Summary Statement:

Reporting to the Director of Regional Business Operations, you are responsible for replenishing Service Parts for the APAC region to ensure high customer service quality and standard 

Representative Duties:

• Work closely with Global and Regional Service and Logistics teams to ensure optimal level of service parts for the region
• Utilize in-house planning tools to replenish service parts’ stock level
• Incorporate product lifecycle milestones, demand plan and service information into supply plan to achieve fulfillment goals
• Communicate proactively with regional Sales and Service teams on service parts’ supply challenges and provide advice when issues arise
• Resolve service parts’ planning and inventory issues with key stakeholders and complete all assigned reporting requirements on timely basis
• Work closely with Logistics and Distribution Center for Inbound PO management and take the ownership of Service Parts Material Master for APAC region
• Handle ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Degree holder or above in Logistics, Planning, Quantitative Mathematics or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 year relevant experience in MNC environment
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Team player, detailed oriented, well-organized, multi-tasking and willing to learn
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong computer operating skills in MS Office / Excel
• Experience in using SAP or ERP systems – A definite ADVANTAGE
