The Business Analyst will gather product requirements and expertly translate them to development teams and help drive new feature initiatives. This is a great opportunity to grow with a company and put your stamp on the growth of the organization in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will be and not limited to:

• Oversee and manage financial and digital applications and be responsible for product optimizations.
• Gather requirements and be the point of contact of stakeholders.
• Document and analyse product requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Lead and manage the product life cycle through development, launch and maintenance.
• Conduct comparative analysis and write market/product reports.             

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 2 years of product experience.
• Strong website or mobile app delivery background and have confidence in their ability to be a sole contributor and be open to collaboration.
• Work experience of banks and internet financial companies is required.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skill and patience with a demonstrate high attention to detail.
• Familiar with risk management and HKMA regulations.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and changing industry and marketplace.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin.
