Responsibilities:

• Analyze correlated data together with threat intelligence to identify incident
• Delivery of Incident Response as per the agreed SLAs and expectations from customer
• Responsible for working at night during incidents
• Serve as Tier 2 support for cyber security incidents
• Provides advisory assessments in relation to cybersecurity breach prevention
• Collaborates with and provides consulting services to customer.
• Coordinate and participate with other analysts and other teams for advanced incident response
• Develop and/or update security guidance, Incident Response procedure, situational reports and other Security Operations Center related document.
• Staying up to date with current security landscape, IT solutions, and new technologies
• Escalate incident to appropriate team as necessary to ensure SLAs
• Provide log analysis, real-time intrusion analysis, incident response, and security monitoring using a wide-array of industry leading tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
• 2+ years working experience in cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience on analyzing high volumes of logs, network data, and other attack artifacts in support of incident investigations.
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, common network protocol, OSI model, traffic-flow, defense-in depth framework.
• Knowledge of attacks and mitigation methods.
• CISSP, CISM and SANS knowledge (SANS GIAC certification such as GCIA, GCIH, GSEC, GCFA or OCSP certification) would be an advantage.
• Macau ID will be an advantage
• Willing to work in Macau.
