Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st Level Support to users over phone on technical issue or via remote assistance tool and emails
• Escalation, tracking and resolution of all incident/service requests/ problems
• Provide Technical support when necessary

Requirements:

• HKCEE or HKDSE or above, with technical or vocational training
• 1-2 year’s relevant IT working experience preferred
• Knowledge in troubleshooting / set up of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Internet Browser, Network connectivity, MS-Office, VPN client etc. would be an added advantage
• Willing to work in shift*
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Shift Hour:

• 09:00-17:30 or 14:00-22:00 (Mon-Fri)
• 09:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00 or 17:00-21:00 (Sat)
• No need to work on Sun and Public Holiday
