Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, control and coordinate project plan
• Ensure the project commitments are met; monitor, implement and report on progress in accordance with the project requirement
• Diagnose and evaluate potential risk and issues throughout the project
• Identify and manage relationships through effective communication with all stakeholders including clients, vendors, internal counterparts and other third-parties
• Understand customers’ requirements, proactively provide the solution and action plan for customers and initiate new project as needed
• Prepare project documents such as project schedule, checklist, system requirement specification, system configuration, UAT document, operation guide, user manual, training manual etc
• Assist in hardware and software maintenance contract review and management

Skills & Requirement:

• Bachelor or above in Information Systems or related discipline
• With a minimum experience of 5 years in IT experience, including 3 years of solid and traceable project management experience in various projects, preferable in vendor companies
• Knowledge in software development life cycle, application design, infrastructure, server and networking are a must
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good presentation and communication skill
• PMP holder will be an advantage
