Responsibilities

• Manage project management team
• Overall project management on projects for GFHK and its subsidiary in HK
• Supervision on project, progress, regulatory requirements, implementation, requirements and project planning
• Responsibility on overall planning, execution and monitoring in department level
• Establish and review project standard, workflow and related documentations
• Coordinate and communicate with internal users and vendors

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 7 years relevant experiences in financial institution on IT project management and requirement analysis
• Knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and regulatory requirement is an advantages
• Familiar with systems used in financial industry and understand the workflow and system structure.
• Proven experience in managing vendors and track record in handling multiple projects
• Proactive, teamwork, self-motivated and able to achieve aggressive project targets
• Responsible, patience, organized, positive thinking and capable to work under pressure Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
