Job Description:

• Assist project manager to manage and deliver the infrastructure project (e.g. Deskside and window upgrade)
• Document the scope of work with professional aspect
• Plan the project schedule
• Co-ordinate and good communicate with project team members including customer, vendor and partner.  It ensures the project in schedule and on time.
• To ensure good quality service deliver to customer
• Provide administrative support including patching, regular housekeeping, capacity planning and system documentation
• Follow the incident and problem management process including problem isolation, service resumption, diagnosis, root-cause analysis & reporting

Requirements:

• Higher-Diploma / Degree holder in relevant discipline or equivalent
• At least 3-year service delivery and hands-on experience and less expensive also consider
• Ensure customer enquiries and feedback are attended to quickly and effectively resolve their queries with courtesy
• Familiar with network router, switches and firewall is required
• Good Microsoft Window 10 knowledge and experience is an advantage
• Self-motivated, strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, with good interpersonal skills
