Responsibilities:

• Manage the project resources, allocate according to different phases; prepare mitigation plan and communicate with management and stakeholders on the status
• Assist Head of PMO to coordinate on project planning, prioritization and development scheduling
• Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively
• Act as the PMO Unit Operation Risk Manager to monitor and control the risk associated with project management processes
• Closely work with the 3rd party vendors, contractor, stakeholders and project team on the project status and provide problem remediation
• Explore on potential partnerships or vendors and analyze on the solution feasibility 

 
Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in information Technology or related subjects 
• Certified PMP / Scrum Master is highly preferred 
• Solid experience for PMO, project delivery and implementation
• Solid experience in bank payment products will be an advantage 
• With Fintech background or experience is highly preferred  
• Familiar with Waterfall/Agile methodology
• Fluent in Chinese (including Mandarin) and English is a must
