Job Description
IT Administrator/ IT Support Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide IT technical support to end users
- Support daily IT operations, server maintenance, data backup and other IT related tasks
- Perform system and application implementation, maintenance and administration
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in information Technology or related disciplines
- 2 years or above experience in helpdesk support, Anti-Virus, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware VSphere and Veeam Backup
- Hands-on experience in supporting MS SQL Server, Exchange Online
- Knowledge in Linux, WordPress and Website development is advantage
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Immediate available is preferred
