Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 7 x 24 server administration and operation support for production and DR site
- Provide users with on-going IT infrastructure/systems/office automation support, vendor management as well as to deliver results upon ad-hoc IT project assignments
Requirements:
- Degree/Higher Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
- Solid experience and strong in the following areas:
- CISCO IOS software & CISCO products
- Internet firewall technical support
- Network & system management
- Router configuration
- Virtual LAN/LAN switching
OR
- Microsoft Active Directory Administration
- Microsoft System Center Operations Manager administration
- Storage area network
- Server virtualization technology
- Windows server 2008/2012
