Job Description
Role Overview
- Support department in executing company strategies and initiatives in agency channel
- Provide support in agency recruitment activities and grow the agent headcount
- Plan activities, such as monthly leader meetings, quarterly planning meetings, annual planning meetings, etc.
- Prepare and consolidate agency management ideas to agency leaders and related business enablers
- Execute compliance monitoring measures for agency-quality enhancement
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
- 3 years of experience in sales management
- Good understanding in life insurance industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing
- Strong public speaking & presentation skill
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
