Responsibilities:

• Handle sales call and reservation related enquiries
• Make flight bookings and reservations
• Liaise with filming and photography clients
• Handle charter flight enquiries
• Communicate with Operations Department for smooth services
• Manage booking system
• Proactively make cold-calls
• Make sales visits
• Participate in promotional work
• Distribute marketing materials to agents and third party partners
• Actively seek new marketing and promotional opportunities
• Assist with all marketing and sales activities, as directed by the Marketing Manager
• Increase sales to target-level set by Marketing Manager
• Produce reports on selling performance

Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma in Marketing or above
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, reservations and customer service preferably in travel agencies, hotels or airlines
• Interest in Aviation and/or Helicopter Operations
• Excellent telephone manner, good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English; preference will be given to those who can also speak Mandarin
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Access
• Keen interest in Internet/e-Commerce Applications and web-based marketing
• Strong initiative and aggressive to meet sales target
• Strong business development skills
• Work independently with minimum supervision
• Self-motivated, outgoing and result driven personality
• Sales-oriented focus
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
