Job Responsibilities

• Drive innovation initiatives based on the client’s strategic regulatory/technology development
• Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
• Partner with end-users in the rollout of regulatory and MIS requirements
• Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business
• Document functional specification and traceability matrix
• Engage and provide regular update to management and on project status, issue & resolution
• Design and build technical processes to address business needs
• Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyse business functions and key operations and performance
• Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modelling, visualization and communication
• Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Statistics or Data Science
• At least 8 years of working experience in data management in the area of data governance, data migration, policies and standards
• Experience in working with large data sets and using SQL and/or VBA
• Working experience in the insurance or financial sector will be an advantage
