Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible to handle policy administration and related activities. 

 

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries regarding policy administration from clients, intermediaries, reinsurers, and inter-departments.
  • Issue policies, endorsements, reinsurance closing (both direct and facultative inwards) and renewals.
  • Undertake risk accumulation control (Fire/Vessel Risk Blocking) in accordance with the prescribed retention limits.
  • Office administration support including ad hoc task to be assigned from time to time.

 

Requirements:  

  •    Form 6 or above.
  •    Experience in handling policy administration in general insurance industry.
  •    Strong sense of responsibility.
  •    Work independently and able to work ahead of deadline.
  •    Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  •    Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese Word Processing).
  •    Fresh graduate will also be considered.
