Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible to handle policy administration and related activities.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries regarding policy administration from clients, intermediaries, reinsurers, and inter-departments.
- Issue policies, endorsements, reinsurance closing (both direct and facultative inwards) and renewals.
- Undertake risk accumulation control (Fire/Vessel Risk Blocking) in accordance with the prescribed retention limits.
- Office administration support including ad hoc task to be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Form 6 or above.
- Experience in handling policy administration in general insurance industry.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Work independently and able to work ahead of deadline.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese Word Processing).
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
Basic Salary: Negotiable
