Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching, project managing and writing competitive tenders and proposals, professional profiles and other marketing collateral
• Lead the project management of the tendering process, produce documentation and ensure the response team has a clear sense of direction
• Assist in the preparation of bid teams for tender presentations
• Input into marketing and business development strategies and business development planning
• Facilitate and participate in specific prospect strategy meetings
• Support the Specialty teams and Divisions in Bid processes
• Be personally accountable for meeting timescales and delivering the final bid documentation including reports, presentations and handouts
• Facilitate presentation rehearsals and challenge content and delivery of the presenters
• Co-ordinating and challenging technical insurance and risk financing input including risk analysis, market commentary, marketing, pricing, claims and servicing strategies
• Demonstrate a significant contribution to the overall financial targets of the Marsh Hong Kong/Macau New Business budgets
• Promote the Bid Management team including the building and developing of trusted relationships with senior colleagues throughout the business and to act as an initial point of contact in respect of tender responses

Requirements:

• Degree holder; holder of a relevant professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in tender management, new business bids and development activities
• ACII qualified or equivalent qualification
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship development skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• PC literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
