Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategy to strengthen World Vision Hong Kong’s brand image. Build brand awareness and increase public trust towards the organization
• Manage, provide directions and guidance to the Communications Department in term of brand positioning, designs, copy-writings, media relationship, publication and production
• Lead the teams to work with different departments to generate ideas and develop communication materials for achieving fundraising, brand building, education and advocacy goals
• Responsible for media relationship, develop and distribute materials that explain and convey the organization’s position on various issues

Requirements:

• A strong passion for serving the poor and needy
• Bachelor Degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or related discipline
• With at least 8 years’ experience in communications, including media management & brand building
• Solid management skills and strong knowledge of communication practices & techniques
• Brand marketing knowledge is preferable
• Outstanding command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• On renewal contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
