Job Description

The successful candidate will assist the Manager of the Department in overseeing the business portfolio of the company.  The role includes contract monitoring, sales & marketing, brand building, contract tender control, financial analysis, ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree Holders and with 2 years solid experience in tender management and marketing.
  • Complete proficiency in the use of Microsoft EXCEL & PowerPoint is a MUST
  • Good analytical skills in financial projection and data interpretation
  • Good organization skills and ability to meet tight timeline
  • Experience in cleaning, property and facility management will be an added advantage
  • Good command of written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua also
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Officer
