Our client is a global award-winning PR and digital agency with committed plan growing in Asia. In view of expansion, we are recruiting high-calibre, experienced Account Director to set up a dedicated client team to support a global key account in consumer technology sector.

• Set up a client servicing team in Hong Kong or Shenzhen to manage regional digital and communications strategy with a strong focus on social media management for the global key account.
• Form a global operational hub to work with main client contacts in the region and also work closely with global strategic hub in London and San Francisco.
• Play a key role to build and maintain strong relationship with all stakeholders and ensure high quality and smooth project delivery.
• Handle client projects in line with digital and social media management, media relations, KOL management, crisis management as well as product and brand campaigns and launches.
• Develop ideas, content, uploading posts and community management.

Requirement

• Minimum 6 years client servicing experience in PR, digital or marketing agency.
• Strong background in social media and solid understanding of digital and social landscape in Asia especially China.
• Solid experience in the consumer technology sector, with know-how to communicate technology messages on social media.
• Thorough understanding of global social medial channels.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must).
