Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations includes Customer Liaison, Procurement, Shipping, Logistics & Warehousing and ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way;
• Develop, implement and enforce the operation procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness;
• Order management and processing ERP system;
• Manage materials storage and oversee warehouse efficiency;
• Manage inbound and outbound activities; ensure compliance of import and export declaration and customs clearance procedures;
• Set the departmental objectives, strategies and action plans
• Ad hoc project as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or related field and equivalent with 10 years of related experience;
• Strong leadership and management skills and also a good team player;
• Excellent on data analysis;
• Familiar in ERP system;
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) is an advantage;
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin.
